Matthew says:
What do you think about Call of Duty so far, on the PS3?
Gr1mzorz says:Well since converting from Xbox 360 to the PS3 I found that changing controller was a bit of a struggle but overall the Graphics are slightly better over on the PS3.Matthew says:
Yeah i agree, i saw some of those comparison videos on Game Trailers, there seems to be a little more detail in the textures and character models. A lot of games could learn a lesson from this game, as normally, multi-platform games are rubbish on the PS3.
Matthew says:
What game are you looking forward to in 08?
Gr1mzorz says:
Well there are 2 games I am really looking forward to this year, the first being Halo Wars to add to that already huge Halo universe, the second is probably Haze because I think it has a lot of potential for good online play and even a sequel.Matthew says:
I know what you mean, at the moment Haze is probably the most promising looking game on the radar for me. But I cant stop looking at Burnout Paradise and thinking, you know what, the could bring back memories of the good old days of Need for Speed (Underground). I am pretty gutted about the loss of a "Crash mode" but still the map is huge and the demo had me playing for at least 15 hours.
Matthew says:
Are you going to buy Burnout: Paradise City?
Gr1mzorz says:
Yeah, from playing all of the of games in the Burnout series this is possibly the best even with crash mode being lost. It makes up with 8 player free roaming, tons of challenges and lots of potential for DLC.
Matthew says:
What would they do for DLC? Like a Need for Speed: ProStreet downloadable cars thing?
Gr1mzorz says:
Yup, since they design their own cars the limits are endless, also they could add a whole new part to the city.Matthew says:
Not that you would need it, did you see the size of that thing on the demo ?
Gr1mzorz says:
Yeah its amazing. I think that Burnout is possibly one of the contenders for a GOTY but its tough to compare to other games that are being released in 08.Labels: Gaming Conversation, Matthew Meadows
