LittleBigPlanet developer, Media Molecule, is keen to prove that they haven't lost faith in their now not-so-new baby. The developer is working on a 'Game of the Year' edition of the PlayStation exclusive, which is rumoured to include a large bulk of the downloadable content for the game currently available for purchase on the PlayStation Store. Furthermore, the recently announced PSP version of the game is currently in the works as well, sure signs that Sackboy isn't going down without a creative fight.
Not only is the developer currently preparing for two brand new and sparkling versions of LBP to be sent out to shops the world over, but the game is set to get more downloadable content, available to users via the PlayStation Store. The rumoured Ghostbusters DLC has been confirmed, and will be making its way onto PS3's on 16th July, setting you back either £1.32 ($2.15) per item, or you can bulk buy the whole lot at £4.00 ($6.50).
Other DLC is already on the Store, including the Jon Burgerman Original Stickers Pack (about £1.50ish) and the Statue of Liberty costume for Sackboy (free). Download them to add that special something to Media Molecule's dreamworld.
