Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket Powered Battle Cars Review

Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket Powered Battle Cars is one hell of a game, its basically a game of football (the English one) but with cars instead of players and a giant metal light up ball which explodes when your blast it into the goals. The game is available of PSN for $15 if you want to play it.

Firstly lets start of with the single player modes, there are 2 modes you can play in. The first mode is full of mini games, ranging from uneven matches to playing a game where time slows down when you get near to the ball. There are 5 tiers of games which include 4 games in each tier. Each unlocks a new car at the end. Each game has 5 stars available to be won at the end, these stars will eventually unlock you some achievements. It's massivley addicting, mainly because of the drive to unlock more stuff.
The second single player mode is the Tournament, this is basically just normal matches which increase in difficulty as you progress, there is about 20 games you can play through. These games include 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 and 4v4 matches.

At the moment the online mode is a little glitchy but still pretty awesome. I have come across a couple of glitches such as getting stuck inside the wall of an arena and the insane lag issues that have been occurring. The best thing about the online mode is that you can save your replays after the match, edit them down to size and upload them straight to Youtube straight from your PS3, here is an example of one i made earlier.
